In fruit and vegetable cultivation, the ideal pH value of the soil has a significant influence on the growing conditions. Secalflor panels make it possible to optimize the pH value of the surrounding soil on site, resulting in improved crop yields.

In conventional vegetable cultivation, water containing nutrients and salts rises to the surface in the soil capillaries and evaporates there, while the salts remain in the soil.
By installing Secalflor panels as a top layer, the capillaries are interrupted.
This prevents evaporation and the nutrient-rich water remains available for the plants in the soil - thus preventing salinization of the soil.
